Since 2010 we’ve been crafting bean-to-bar chocolate on the Hawaiian Island of O'ahu. We ethically source cacao beans from Hawai'i and around the world, with a goal to bring out the best in each bean.

From the farm to the corporate office, our materials and facilities are audited and approved each season for verified claims to the policies we uphold. Whether it is the prevention of pesticide sprays on cotton fields, or testing for toxins and carcinogens in dyes, each component of manufacturing is scrutinized and optimized to make the best quality product.

Our bacon is dry-cured and naturally smoked with real hickory .wood. Unlike most store brands, we add no water to our bacon assuring a richer flavor and less shrinkage after cooking. Our Sliced Country Bacon is available in three flavors

Is Truff even that good? No, it's freaking delicious!! It tastes like if truffle and sriracha had a baby.

Our products range from kitchen ware including artisan handmade hard wood cutting boards, serving trays, wine racks and coasters, to house hold items such as our unique candle holders, tablet/cell phone stands, and games. Plus you will find other artisan handmade wood products and décor.

We grow our herbs in a regenerative way that creates better soil, better plants, and better flavour. And with the herbs this good, we don't have to add anything but the tea bag.
